Plot Summary of Pill
It is the story of Dr. Prakash Chauhan, a dedicated deputy medicines controller who follows justice and ethics. His life turns upside down or rather the life of a whistleblower reveals that a drug that Forever Cure Pharma produces is a killer of many people. In the process of his investigation, Dr. Chauhan discovers a large-scale conspiracy of corrupt politicians, influential doctors, and ruthless pharma executives.
The truth is suppressed by money and influence by the CEO of the company, Brahma Gill. Dr. Chauhan has been threatened and pressured but still manages to go on with his mission of saving innocent lives. The show is a focus on ethical contradictions, systematic integrity, and the extremely personal cost of telling the truth.
